Hellowelcome to Primary Dance Champions

History:

This primary performance competition has just completed its 9th successful year. The event has grown year upon year now running two shows back to back on each event day to packed out auditoriums.
From humble beginnings, the event started with local primary schools within the Bradford BD6 area competing to be champions and has now expanded with schools travelling from the other side of the city to take part in this feel good, esteem building competition.

Ethos:

Primary Dance Champions has been developed to promote confidence, expression, self motivation, communication and a sense of belonging to primary school children,
It develops vertical tutoring, involving students from different year groups all working together.
It encourages a healthy lifestyle, exercise as an extra curricular activity as well as their allocated core PE time.
Dance has been proven to improve physical strength and posture, to develop co-ordination and musical appreciation, to boost creativity and expression.
It builds confidence in students by working as a team and being committed and dedicated to a common goal.
Gives the opportunity for students to perform on stage to a live audience.

The event is organised and run by a small professional team who ensure your experience of the whole day is that of fun and enjoyment mixed with a degree of healthy competitive competition.
We have staff to cater for all your needs.. sound and lighting technicians… back stage crews…. Front of house staff… runners… etc.
